Parker Days

Keagan and I stopped by Parker Days after going to garage sales on weekend.  Keagan woke up from the boring car ride to get a ride on the train, visit the farm animals and watch the parade go down the street.  It was so much fun we brought John the next day.

Here is our train ride.  Keagan is so mobile that I was afraid he would just jump out of the train.  They explained to me that we could just strap him in or I could ride with him.  We all know how much Keagan hates being confined.  We both just barely fit but had a great time!

So you get the theme of the outings with John.  Keagan feels that he may just leave us, so he takes John's hand to make sure he sticks with us.  Actually Mom is just happy having another set of hands to help corral Keagan and another set of eyes to keep an eye on the little man.  He can just move so quickly!

Keagan enjoyed his first petting zoo.  There were lots of animals present but the goats really seemed to like him.

There were many goats, an alpaca, a mini donkey and mini horse as well as a small calf, a large tortoise.....AND
The ginormous bunny.  I mean this bunny was huge.  He was almost as big as one of the goats.  Keagan got to pet almost all of the animals.  But at the end the pony rides were next door and he went over to the ponies and pointed at them.  He wanted to go for a ride.  So, as soon as we got home we went on a $5 pony ride on his very own pony Anne and made sure he pet all his animals at home so no one felt left out.
