Keagan enjoyed the Pawnee Hills - decorate your lawn mower for the 4th of July Parade again this year. He actually got to ride in it instead of just sleeping like he did last year in the big open trailer that John provided for us. So this year Keagan decided just to ride with John.
Some people were surprised we just handed Keagan over to John and away they went but every one in the Yu family was happy - Keagan most of all! John is like an honorary grandpa to Keagan and he just loves his buddy John. Mom and dad were happy as they got a break from trying to juggle 10 things at once!
Just because John took Keagan did not mean we weren't prepared to do a little celebration ourselves. We decorated our lawn mower and were all prepared to take Keagan around. He just chose John instead!
Hannah even dressed up for the parade this year. Sadly she had to walk instead of ride in the trailer this year and with the temp so hot we only made it around once before we settled in to watch to parade. Mom was glad too as the heat just make her morning sickness worse!
