A Professional Shopper?

Mountain Bluebird outside our window this morning.
Dressed in his snow suit
given by Jean Hanson for our walk yesterday.

Keagan in his snowsuit at 1 month old - my how fast they grow!

...48 hours earlier walking around in the front yard

I am amazed at the forecast today.  It is the beginning of April and they are sad to announce it is a cool 60 degrees out there.  I think for April this is great, but it has been in the 70-80's last week, so I understand...but the 4 inches of snow we got yesterday sure do help the grass grow in the pasture.  For a snowy day activity Keagan helped me buy groceries at the store today. First it started out with wanting to punch the numbers on the credit card machine.  That is a little scary to give the little one control of the credit card.  So we decided he could do something more helpful - push the cart.

We start out in the cart, but he can wiggle himself out soooo fast!

Helping to pick out his favorite food  - bananas!

Watch out world - here comes Keagan with his cart!

Sometimes we get distracted by all the fun stuff to pull off the shelves.

Keagan has been practicing with the stroller, his car, his train, his little person shopping cart and his new fire truck at home, but the grocery store cart is just so much bigger and therefore that much more fun.  So many fun things to do for free and we make so many people happy by doing silly stuff!
